NeuroCodes Platform Preview
A proposed coaching platform for the Neuro Coding methodology. This preview walks through the application screens and a marketing site concept — designed to start the conversation about building out this platform.
What You're Looking At
This is an interactive storyboard showing a proposed NeuroCodes platform — screens for coaches, clients, and the owner, plus a public marketing site concept. Each screen includes annotations explaining the design rationale and how it connects to the Neuro Coding methodology.
The platform replaces the current WordPress LMS with a dedicated system built specifically for how Neuro Coding works: coaches assign belief replacement codes, clients read and mark on mobile, coaches see everything before the next session.
The Three Audiences
Clients get a calm, focused mobile experience — swipe through codes, mark what resonates, add notes. The design is warm and personal, never clinical.
Coaches get a desktop dashboard for quick session prep — client progress at a glance, flagged items front and center, dual-library search, code creation, and one-click delivery to clients.
Owner manages the global code library, coach roster, and receives feedback from coaches in the field.

Onboarding Flow
Client taps invite link from their coach. Account creation, personalization, disclaimer, then first codes. The "this was built for me" moment.
Welcome to CognitiveCodes
Minimal friction entry
Name, email, password. No profile photo, no bio, no payment. The invite link pre-assigns the coach relationship. Under 60 seconds.
Make it yours
I release the belief that I am not enough. I now choose to believe in my inherent worth.
Personalization before content
The first real interaction is about comfort, not homework. Live preview updates instantly. Font includes dyslexic-friendly option (OpenDyslexic). This is accessibility as personalization.
Before we begin
Neuro Coding is a coaching methodology rooted in cognitive psychology. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
Your coach will guide your experience. You can pause at any time and access support resources whenever you need them.
By continuing, you agree that your resonance marks and notes will be visible to your assigned coach to support your growth journey.
Disclaimer + consent
One-time "not therapy" acknowledgment and data consent. Warm language, not legalese. Clearly states coach can see marks/notes. Support resources mentioned upfront.
Graceful empty state
If the coach hasn't pre-assigned codes, the client lands in a warm waiting state. No blank screen, no confusion. Coach gets notified the client joined.
Code Session Flow
The defining interaction. Open app, read codes, reflect, mark resonance. One code at a time, at the client's pace. Kindle meets belief reprogramming.
Session initiation
Shown only when starting a new code set (not when resuming). Sets the emotional pace. Slow fade-in with gentle scale. The client controls when to start.
The core interaction
Full-screen code in personalized typography. Three resonance options always visible at bottom. Marking is one tap, never a modal. Advancing is a tap on the right edge or next button. Note field is collapsed by default.
Marked + note added
"Felt a shift" selected with soft gold glow. Client added a personal note. Note auto-saves. This note + mark combination is the data that powers the coach's session prep. The client is reflecting; the system is learning.
Belief pair view mode
Alternative view: limiting belief and replacement belief only. For experienced clients who know the base script. Controlled by a global setting in preferences. More concise, review-friendly format.
Session completion
Contextual summary — data-driven copy that varies each session. Brief, warm, never gamified. No "come back tomorrow" nag. No streaks. The client returns to a resting state.
Emotional Safety Flow
When a code hits harder than expected. Pause, message coach, access support. Safety as architecture, not a bolted-on feature.
The pause is progress, not failure
Triggered when client taps "Pause" or after marking "need to discuss." Copy is warm, not clinical. Three equal options — no path is "correct." Support resources link always visible. No penalty, no streak broken.
Message Sarah
Contextual messaging
Message is attached to the specific code that triggered it. Coach sees exactly what happened: the flagged code + pause event + client's words. No guessing, no "what were you working on?"
Session Prep Flow
Open dashboard, see client progress and flagged items, ready for session. Zero clicks to see what happened since last time.
Your Clients
Inbox-style dashboard
Clients sorted by recent activity. "Since last session" data visible on each card without clicking. Flags surface prominently. The coach can scan all three clients in seconds.
Your Clients
Marcus Chen
Flagged for discussion
Activity timeline
"Since Last Session" — the killer feature
Summary visible immediately on selecting a client. Stats at a glance, flagged codes prominent, full timeline on demand. The coach sees the whole story: which codes landed, what triggered emotion, what the client wants to discuss. Quick session prep with everything the coach needs in one view.
Post-Session Workflow
Session ends. Notes, tags, library search, code creation, assembly, push. Must feel like a creative process, not a series of forms. Faster than texting a list.
Session Notes — Marcus Chen
Notes
3 entriesStructured notes with tags
Write a note, tag it, save. Repeat. Each tag type drives a different action in the next step: "limiting belief" pre-fills library search, "needs code" pre-fills code creation. This is how notes become actions.
Code Library
Dual-library search, pre-filled
Search pre-fills from the tagged session note. Results span both global and personal libraries with clear source badges. "Add to assembly" is one click. Already-added codes show "Added." This is the "faster than texting" moment.
Code Assembly for Marcus
Code Set 4 codes
Assembly + personal message
Drag to reorder. Mix of global codes, personal codes, and a newly created custom code. Personal message adds the human touch. One click to push. This is the coach's moment of craft: "I chose the right codes for where he is right now."
Codes sent to Marcus
4 codes with your message. Marcus will see them
the next time he opens the app.
Warm confirmation
Amber glow confirms the push. Not a generic "Success!" toast. The coach feels completion and craft. Clear next actions: back to dashboard or review what was sent.
Code Creation
Coaches create custom codes tailored to their clients. Each code pairs a limiting belief with a replacement script. Fast entry, personal library, and client preview — from idea to assignable code in under a minute.
My Codes
The coach's personal code library
The coach's "My Codes" is their personal arsenal — codes they've written, tailored to their clients. Each card shows the limiting belief title, a preview of the replacement script, tags, and which clients it's assigned to. "Duplicate" lets them adapt an existing code for a new client without starting from scratch.
New Code
Two fields that matter, everything else optional
The limiting belief and replacement script are front and center — the two essential halves of every code. Category and tags help with library organization but don't block creation. Coach notes are private context (why this code was written, what language resonated). "Save & Create Another" keeps the flow going when a coach is creating a batch of codes after a session.
I now choose to believe that my growth inspires and uplifts the people around me.
As I rise, my relationships deepen. My success is a gift to everyone in my life.
See it through the client's eyes
Before saving, the coach sees exactly how the code will appear on the client's phone. The left panel shows the coach's metadata (belief, script, tags). The right shows the client's reading experience — the Source Serif font, the centered layout, the resonance marking options. This ensures the replacement script reads well in the mobile context where it matters most.
Session Planning
Coaches plan multiple future sessions for a client, each with assigned codes. Templates let coaches reuse successful session structures across clients. Think in programs, not single sessions.
Marcus Rivera — Session Plan
The coaching program at a glance
The coach sees the client's entire journey — past sessions (dimmed), the upcoming session (amber highlight), and future planned sessions (dashed outline). They can reorder, add, or remove sessions. Each session card shows its assigned codes. This turns ad-hoc session prep into intentional program design.
Session 3 — Career Beliefs
Building a session, code by code
The coach edits an upcoming session. Each code is numbered and drag-reorderable — sequence matters in Neuro Coding. They can search the library for existing codes or create custom ones inline. Private notes give context for the session without the client seeing them.
Session Templates
Templates turn experience into leverage
The template library shows reusable program structures. Each template is a multi-session blueprint with codes pre-assigned to each session. "Apply to Client" generates a full session plan that the coach can then customize per person. Templates can be self-created, saved from a successful client plan, or shared by the owner. Usage stats help coaches see which templates are battle-tested.
Owner Management
Coach roster, code library oversight, coach feedback. The owner manages the methodology and the coaching team. Desktop power-user experience.
Coach Roster
Coach roster at a glance
Owner sees all coaches with status, client count, activity level. Same invite pattern as client onboarding. Aggregate data only — Owner cannot see individual client emotional data.
Global Code Library
| Limiting Belief | Category | Tags | In Pathways | Used By | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| "I am not good enough to succeed" | Self-Worth | Career Success | 2 | 4 coaches | Edit |
| "I don't deserve happiness" | Self-Worth | Happiness Worthiness | 3 | 5 coaches | Edit |
| "Success means losing people I love" | Career | Success Relationships | 1 | 2 coaches | Edit |
| "I need to be invisible to be safe" | Safety | Visibility Safety | 1 | 3 coaches | Edit |
Library management
Full code library searchable and filterable. Same creation interface as coaches. Owner codes go to the global library. Usage data shows which codes are actively being assigned. "Feedback" badge shows unresolved coach flags.
Coach Feedback
The feedback loop
Coaches flag codes with context. Owner sees the flag, can edit the code directly, respond to the coach, or resolve. This closes the loop: coaches use codes in the field, surface issues, owner improves the library. The methodology evolves.
Public Landing Page
The public-facing site that introduces NeuroCodes to prospective coaches and curious visitors. Each screen represents a scroll section of the landing page. This is the brand story shown to the world.
Rewire the beliefs that keep you stuck
Dual-audience hero
The headline speaks to the person who is stuck — the potential client. "Rewire the beliefs that keep you stuck" is personal and direct. The dual CTAs split traffic: "Find a Coach" for people seeking change, "I'm a Coach" for practitioners. Both audiences see themselves immediately.
Three steps to lasting client change
Coach Assigns
After each session, you select or create belief replacement codes tailored to your client's specific patterns. Search the full code library or write your own.
Client Reads
Your client reads codes daily on their phone. A calm, focused mobile experience — swipe through each code, mark what resonates, add personal notes.
You See the Shift
Before your next session, see exactly which codes landed. Which ones triggered a felt shift. What your client flagged to discuss. Everything you need, ready when you are.
Clarity in three steps
Visitors immediately understand the product loop without jargon. Each step maps to a real workflow. The "core loop" callout reinforces simplicity — this isn't complex software, it's a focused tool for a specific process.
You know something needs to change
Stuck in loops
Same self-sabotaging thoughts on repeat. You see the pattern but can't break it.
Knowing isn't enough
You understand why you do it — but insight alone hasn't changed the behavior.
Ready but how?
You're motivated to change. You just need a method that actually works at the subconscious level.
Daily reading. Weekly shifts. Lasting change.
Neuro Coding works differently from affirmations or talk therapy. Each code names a specific limiting belief, then provides a structured replacement script your brain can integrate through repetition.
You read on your phone. A few minutes a day. Your coach sees what resonates and adjusts. The shift happens gradually — not from one code, but from the accumulation.
Your coach selects codes for you
Tailored to your specific beliefs and patterns, not generic affirmations.
Read a few minutes each day
On your phone, at your pace. Mark what resonates. Note what comes up. Pause if you need to.
Notice the shift
By week two or three, you start catching old patterns in real time. That's the change happening.
Speaking to the person who's stuck
This section does not mention "coaching platform" or "features." It speaks directly to the lived experience of someone ready for change: stuck in loops, knowing isn't enough, ready but lacking a method. The journey steps make it tangible — this is what you actually do every day, and here's what happens.
Built for how you actually work
Dual Library Search
Search across the global library and your personal codes in one place. Find the right code for the right moment.
Create Custom Codes
Write codes tailored to your client's exact language and patterns. Limiting belief, replacement script, tags — saved to your personal library.
Fast Session Prep
"Since last session" summaries show which codes resonated, what shifted, and what your client wants to discuss. Walk in prepared.
You Stay in Control
The platform amplifies your coaching — it never replaces it. Every code assignment, every client interaction flows through you.
Speaking the coach's language
Each feature card maps to a real coaching workflow. "Dual Library Search" = searching global + personal codes in one place. "Fast Session Prep" = client progress and flagged items at a glance. "You Stay in Control" = the coach-decides philosophy that differentiates from automation-heavy competitors.
Neuro Coding: science-based belief reprogramming
Developed by James over two decades of practice in cognitive psychology, Neuro Coding targets the subconscious patterns that keep people stuck — replacing limiting beliefs with new neural pathways through daily scripted reading.
Unlike affirmations, Neuro Codes are structured replacement scripts: they name the old belief explicitly, then provide a specific reframe the brain can integrate through repetition. The shift is cumulative — measured weekly, not per-interaction.
This is not therapy. This is a coaching methodology for people ready to change how they think.
"The platform changed how I prepare for sessions. I walk in knowing exactly what resonated and what we need to talk about. My clients feel it."
"I was skeptical about reading 'codes' on my phone. By week three, I was noticing patterns in meetings I'd been blind to for years. The shift is real."
The methodology, told professionally
This section does the heavy lifting for credibility. The dark background creates visual weight and seriousness. The "not therapy" disclaimer is woven into the narrative naturally. Testimonials are placeholders — ready for real client stories when available.
Ready to make the shift?
Whether you're looking for personal change or you're a coach ready to elevate your practice — there's a place for you here.
Start reading codes this week.
Account created in seconds.
Your platform is ready.
We'd love to hear from you.
Dual-audience close
"Ready to make the shift?" speaks to both audiences. CTAs mirror the hero: "Find a Coach" for potential clients, "I'm a Coach" for practitioners. The four-column footer now serves all visitor types: seekers, existing clients, coaches, and general inquiries. Both audiences feel like first-class citizens.
